Blue Rhino was part of a consortium of investors who funded the acquisition and renovation of what is now the the Silhouette Building at 1447 Peachtree Street in Midtown Atlanta. The project encompassed a $5 million makeover and repositioning of the asset from a tired Class B office building to a stylishly cool and decidedly contemporary creative space. Located in Atlanta's Art's District, Silhouette is now a Midtown mid-rise that's inspiring to people and impressive to everyone.
