Blue Rhino was one of the first investors in Camp Jam - the brain child of Rock & Roller Jeff Carlisi (founding member and lead guitarist of .38 Special) and entrepreneur, Dan Lipson. Founded in 2004, the venture has grew to over 17 cities in the US and Canada and has expanded beyond its core audience of camps for teens to the market of adult corporate programming and retreats. The Camp Jam mission is not just to teach music, but rather to promote teamwork and turn a random assemblage of kids (or adults) into a band of performers.
