Atlanta-based TopRight, LLC is a transformational marketing agency with government and business-to-business clients that has been recognized as an Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America for four consecutive years. Its Founder is Dave Sutton who started the firm in 2007.
Tom Shipley, AVA’s CEO, commented on the acquisition, “We are delighted to bring TopRight and its incredible team into the AVA family. We have a vision to build a game-changing agency network with people and culture at its core. We are disrupting the old, out of date command-and-control model by using our exclusive partnership with 2Y3X, which delivers programmatic scaling through empowering exceptional people. TopRight perfectly matches our culture and shares our vision of how digital marketing can and should be in the future, and we are delighted they have joined us in our mission.”
AVA previously announced its exclusive partnership with the 2Y3X program, which has a seven year track record of doubling or tripling agency revenue in under two years. The program focuses on nurturing talent, focusing on client service excellence and continuous improvement to drive fanatical client loyalty.
TopRight’s Founder and Chairman, Dave Sutton, commented, “I am very proud of TopRight’s accomplishments over the past few years as we have accelerated the growth of our revenues and profits. It’s now time to take the firm to the next level, and the AVA team has created the perfect platform for TopRight to add new capabilities, expand its client base and scale at speed. We are all looking forward to TopRight’s future, which looks extremely bright.”
AVA’s purchase of TopRight represents the first completed transaction in a series of seven planned acquisitions over the next six-months.
